Auto Assess was recommended to me by MTA after a van I have purchase 12mths earlier failed it’s warrant. In the opinion of the mechanic, it should not have passed inspection the previous year. From there the stress and drama began, getting nowhere with NZTA, MTA or the seller. Once I made contact with Karl I finally felt as though I had someone that could help.

Within a week Karl had collected my vehicle for an assessment, turns out it was in an even worst state than known. I appointed Karl to act on behalf, he made contact with the seller (shielding me from some very aggressive behaviour) however we could not get resolved so the next step was the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal.

Karl was a great source of knowledge and support with this whole process. When it came to the day of the hearing Karl attended as a witness to speak to the report he had provided. The adjudicator commented on the thoroughness of the report and Karl’s vast experience.

The Tribunal ruled in my favour and I have no doubt Karl’as expertise assisted with this result.
