Firstly, Karl is an expert, as opposed to experienced. He has a “radar” for the particular needs of a client’s case and applies his considerable knowledge, specifically and very astutely. He is concise, clear and substantiates advice with sound reasoning. Karl has all the industry knowledge that a lay person does not. He zones in on the relevant issues to deal with the dispute. I found his advice excellent and he was so encouraging with my issue. He told me what to do and I won.
