Thank you so much Karl for your knowledge and expertise in diagnosing the mechanical problems with my motorhome which was new when I purchased it and for assisting me in a dispute with a motorhome company.


After a mechanical breakdown the motorhome dealer claimed the problem was driver error, inferring an older female driver who will go away, and refused to concede a mechanical problem which in reality is a manufacturing issue.
