Auto Assess Ltd was a wonderful support to us during a very stressful process. Thanks to Karl’s thorough assessment of our vehicle, his professional advice and years of experience dealing with both vehicles and the dispute process, we gained a successful outcome. Karl guided us with a calm and patient hand through investigating and diagnosing the problem with our vehicle, and then through the court application, negotiation with the other party and their insurance representatives who were very wiley. Karl even gave us a pep talk prior to the dispute court hearing to make sure we were thoroughly prepared. Through the entire ordeal we felt reassured and that we were in expert hands.
