After having a car breakdown and many thorough investigations of the vehicle, our insurance company declined our first initial insurance claim. We wouldn’t have been able to have a settlement if it wasn’t for the excellent advice and honesty that came from Karl Pemberton from Auto Assess Limited. At a very stressful time, in which we were potentially going to lose tens of thousands of dollars through accidental damage, we were thankfully saved and paid out on this claim.
